Sales Executive

We are searching for an ambitious sales executive to spearhead our sales campaigns. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image. You will be required to coordinate with staff in other departments, ensuring that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive sales strategies.
  • Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience or qualified freshers can also apply.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to pitch new businesses and partnership deals to external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
